Whether you have supplied your personal details online, by phone, by email or in a letter, Form Falmouth will never use them without a lawful reason to do so. We will use your personal data for the purposes for which they were initially requested and/or submitted only.
Form Falmouth will not pass any of your personal data to outside organisations or individuals, except with your express consent.
Form Falmouth website only uses cookies to assist in site navigation and session management. These cookies only gather information for statistical purposes and cannot personally identify you.

WHAT DATA IS BEING COLLECTED?

We do not share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.
WILL THE DATA BE SHARED WITH ANY THIRD PARTIES?
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information.
We share your Personal Information with third party suppliers and partners only in order to fulfil our contract with you.
We use trusted third parties such as Squarespace, Google, Mailchimp and Facebook Inc who have their own Privacy Policies. Form Falmouth is not responsible for the data policies or procedures or the content of any linked web sites and we encourage you to read the privacy notice of every website you visit.
We may have to share your personal data with the parties set out below:
Service providers who provide IT and system administration services.
Professional advisers including HR, lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance and accounting services.
HM Revenue & Customs, regulators and other authorities based in the United Kingdom and other relevant jurisdictions who require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.
Third parties to whom we sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets.

Mailchimp
Form Falmouth uses Mailchimp to manage email newsletters and mailing lists. This information is stored on the Mailchimp servers.

Please note that our Facebook and Instagram pages are public and you should only share on here what you are willing to be made public.
DATA SECURITY
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know such data. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
